PACE
The suggested pace is an average of 18 - 22 mph. Please check the Rules for aid station schedule and cut-off times. This is a 200 mile ride and, and while we will have sag support vehicles for those that need it, this is not intended or planned for riders doing less mileage.

TEAMS/GROUPS
Teams are welcome and encouraged to participate. This is a group effort and riding in paceline formation to maximize efforts is also encouraged. Note: NO aero position riding while in a paceline.

SPECIAL NEEDS BAG
Each rider can bring a small bag of food, supplies, a change of clothes, etc that will be available at the lunch stop (half way point). We suggest you bring extra tubes/CO2. If you plan to change clothes please bring an extra plastic bag to seal your dirty clothes. The least we can do for our support crew!

GEAR - TUBES, AIR, TOOLS, SUNBLOCK, ETC
Please come prepared to fix your own flat if needed and any other tools you usually ride with. That includes extra tube(s), CO2 or pump, tire levers, and patch kit. While there will be support on the route it is your responsibility to have the needed gear to keep you on the road safely. Other items you should consider are sunblock, nutritional drinks, bars/gels, money, emergency info card, extra water bottles, and cell phone. Remember, you will have access to your "special needs" bag at the lunch stop and it is suggested to include extra tubes, CO2, etc.

REQUIRED
Helmets, flat repair kit (or tube/CO2) and a rear red light is required on every bike. You will not be allowed to ride without these items.

WEATHER/RAIN POLICY
Ride. Rain or shine.
